Viewing your Feedback

When someone sends you feedback on your website's Peek widget, we send it to your websites registered feedback email. Having all your feedback in your email client is awesome for reviewing immediate feedback, but not ideal when you want to dig a little deeper and review older feedback.

That's why you can now view your Feedback right in the Peeks Portal. You can search, filter by feedback type and sort by date to find that exact bit of feedback you received a couple of months ago.

We'll enhance the Feedback search and filter capabilities even more in the future, allowing you to draw comparisons and view graphs on the sentiment of feedback, but these current filtering capabilities will certain help ease things along in the meanwhile.
